Good ice cream is mostly good ingredients.

We start with milk from family farms in the Hudson Valley and fruit we cut ourselves. The rest is patience and small batches.

Kykas Delights is a family shop. We make the ice cream, we scoop it, and most days you will meet the people whose name is on the sign. Come in for a flavor you know and stay for one you did not expect.

The verses on our wall are not decoration. They are the reason we open the doors: serve people well, make room at the table, and be thankful for what we have been given.

Ingredients vary by flavor. Paletas such as arroz con leche contain milk. Please ask our team which options meet your dietary needs.
